1. Free first-year monthly subscription fees worth RM358.80 (RM29.90/month X 12 months)

• Minimum two (2) years contracts.
• Customers to start paying the monthly subscription fee from Year 2 onwards
• Customer must pay the remaining balance of the monthly subscription fee should there be any early termination of the contract within two years

2. Free one Malaysia hunting telephone line

• When a customer signs up for service, CloudPBX4U will assign a telephone number from a pool of available numbers
• Any additional telephone number subscription is RM 35/ month
• Any selection of telephone numbers will have an extra charge of RM 100
• Any selection of special/ golden telephone numbers will have an extra charge of RM 3500

3. Free one virtual phone extension

• It can be installed using a softphone program on a computer or a softphone app on a mobile phone
• If the customer is interested in using the virtual phone extension with an IP Phone, please contact our sales presentative for a quotation

4. Local calling rate of RM 0.15/ minute is applicable to Fixed Line and Mobile Line (applicable to calls anywhere in Malaysia)

5. Overseas Call Rates are available on our IDD Call Rate Table. IDD call rates are subject to change without further notice.

6. Free Activation Fee

• No hardware installation required
• Please get in touch with our sales representative for a quotation if require any hardware installation

7. Deposit Fee of RM 50

• Customer is required to pay this deposit upon signing of the services
• Customer is entitled to a call credit limit of RM 50
• If customers require a higher credit limit, please contact our account department
